Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Colleen oversees business procedures, technology, and KHC's compliance standards. She develops, maintains and communicates the firm's information processes and data management systems. She works to ensure the firm is meeting quality client service and performance targets as well as facilitating the human resource policies and procedures.

Spending time with her family of of utmost importance to Colleen. She enjoys watching the boys play baseball, basketball, indoor and outdoor soccer and volunteering for her family's church as a School of Religion teacher. Colleen loves to bake, travel, and spend time with friends.
Professional Affiliations, Certifications, and Education:
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications and Spanish from Benedictine College with a minor in Business Administration (2002). She enjoys participating in the Central Exchange of Kansas City and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
